Customs Documents Module Guide

The BC 2.6.2 menu is used to manage the re-entry of goods previously released under temporary admission from another location within the customs territory back into the Temporary Admission Facility (TPB).

 

Page Display

Based on the screenshot, the page displays information such as:

  • Document
  • Application Number
  • Sender
  • Registration Number
  • Registration Date
  • Route
  • Customs Office
  • Action

 

Status Description

Visible statuses include:

  • New: The document is still in the initial stage.
  • Gate In TPB: The goods have been recorded as entering the TPB.
  • Data Received: Data has been received by the system.

PUSH

Indicates the transmission or synchronization process from the Local CEISA.

 

Usage Steps
  1. Open BC 2.6.2.
  2. Select a period.
  3. Search for the document.
  4. Check the status of the goods.
  5. Ensure that the TPB Gate In process is recorded if it has occurred.
  6. Retrieve the latest response.
  7. Check the registration number and date.
  8. Use Actions if necessary.
