Customs Documents Module Guide

The BC 2.6.1 menu is used for the temporary release of imported and/or domestically sourced goods from a Customs Bonded Warehouse (TPB) to another location within the customs territory. In practice, this process involves temporary release, after which the goods may be re-entered.

The page displays a list of BC 2.6.1 documents along with information on the submission process.

 

Column Descriptions

General:

Submission Number

The submission’s identification number.
Sender/Owner The party releasing the goods.
Recipient The party to whom the goods are destined.
Registration Number The registration number from CEISA.
Registration Date The date of registration.
Customs Office The office handling the document.
Action Document processing options.

 

Usage Steps
  1. Select a period.
  2. Click Filter.
  3. Search for documents.
  4. Check the application status.
  5. Retrieve the response.
  6. Ensure the registration number has been received.
  7. Perform follow-up actions if necessary.

 

Notes

BC 2.6.1 is paired with the BC 2.6.2 process for the re-entry of goods that were previously temporarily released.
