Customs Documents Module Guide

Module Location:

CEISA > Customs Documents > BC 2.5

The BC 2.5 menu is used to manage notifications of the release of goods—including imported goods—from a Bonded Warehouse (TPB) to Another Location Within the Customs Territory (TLDDP) for import and use in accordance with customs regulations.

This menu helps users monitor the process of goods release from the BW, starting from document creation, data verification, transaction value determination, duty calculation, validation, to monitoring Customs responses. Through this menu, users can search for documents, check registration numbers, monitor status and routes, manage reference documents, and update customs responses.

How to Access
  • Log in to the CEISA Kokola application.
  • Select the Customs Documents menu.
  • Click the BC 2.5 submenu.

The system displays the Document List page.
