The Guide Book menu is used to open the official guide document regarding the Access Requisition process. Unlike other menus used to submit requests or manage data directly, the Guide Book menu serves as a reference for users to understand the applicable rules and submission workflow. When the Guide Book menu is selected, the system will open the “Work Instructions for Filling Out the Access Requisition” document in PDF format.
