#### **Customs Documents Module Guide**

#### **Module Location:**

#### **`CEISA` > `Customs Documents` > `BC 4.2`**

The BC 4.2 menu is available as one of the document types in CEISA Lokal. However, based on the standard list of documents I found in Customs sources, the codes explicitly listed for the TPB group are BC 4.0 and BC 4.1. Therefore, the specific function of BC 4.2 in the Kokola application should follow CEISA Lokal’s internal implementation and should not be assumed without system documentation.

1. Select BC 4.2.
2. Specify the period.
3. Click Filter.
4. Search for the Application Number.
5. Review the available data.
6. Retrieve the response if necessary.
7. Execute the Action according to the available process.

For the final version of the manual, the section on the BC 4.2 function should be adjusted once sample documents or explanations from operational users are available.
